To confirm your trek or expedition with Multi Multi Peak Expedition, a 30% advance deposit of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit allows us to secure necessary permits, domestic flights, accommodation, guides, and other logistics in advance. The remaining balance can be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu before the trek departure.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via bank transfer, online transfer, and cash (USD or NPR). Bank details will be provided after booking confirmation. Any bank transaction charges should be covered by the client. For last-minute bookings, full payment may be required in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your trip, written notice must be provided. The advance deposit is generally non-refundable due to permit processing and administrative costs. However, in special cases, the amount can be adjusted for a future trip. Refund policies may vary depending on the trekking region, restricted area permits, and flight bookings.

Last-Minute Booking

We accept last-minute bookings up to a few days before departure, depending on permit and flight availability. Full payment is required for last-minute reservations.
